​Our Pricing


​Our pricing is designed to be dynamic and realistic for the clients we serve. Hourly pricing has its place and we often utilize it with clients. However, we also utilize a variety of pricing models depending on the situation. For instance, in appropriate circumstances, we offer a deeply discounted start-up rate for initial projects or a fixed number of hours. Matters can also be handled (i) on a flat-fee basis for a given project with a defined scope, (ii) in exchange for equity or a convertible note in the business, or (iii) on a success-fee basis. For most projects, we are also willing to guarantee a fee-cap.  We strive to pursue a fee structure that makes sense for the client under the circumstances and ensure that we only utilize pricing options that align with our client's interests.
